Veritas Forum 2010

This year we hosted our 2nd Veritas Forum at UCSF with Dr. Ard Louis from Oxford University. Ard made the circuit at Stanford and UCSF, and we had the privilege of hearing his perspective on whether "Science Can Explain Everything?" His reasoning from acknowledging the limits of science and what he calls "tapestry arguments" provide a compelling view on how to manage the questions of life that can be informed by but not completely answered by science alone. Catching up on Veritas 2009 with Dr. Bill Newsome

Just over a year ago on Cinco de mayo, we celebrated our first Veritas Forum at UCSF with a conversation with Dr. Bill Newsome, chair of neurobioloigy at Stanford.
